Harninder Gujral – Co Founder
Harninder Gujral is a distinguished Banking and Financial Services leader with nearly three decades of rich industry experience in business leadership, strategic growth, and operational excellence. With extensive exposure across retail banking, institutional banking, lending, and wealth management, he brings deep domain expertise and strong industry credibility to the organisation.
During his corporate career, Harninder has held senior leadership roles with ICICI Bank, most recently leading a state with full P&L responsibility across large geographies. He has successfully driven large-scale business expansion, branch network growth, and profitability enhancement while building high-performing teams and strengthening customer-centric business models. His experience spans deposits, retail lending, SME financing, agri lending, and institutional business development.
Beyond his corporate leadership journey, Harninder is actively involved in knowledge sharing and industry-academia collaboration. He regularly conducts expert sessions and career mentorship programs at premier institutions including IIMs, NITs, Chandigarh University, and other leading universities, helping students and young professionals understand evolving trends in BFSI, risk management, fraud analytics, and financial technology.
Harninder also serves as an advisor and mentor to emerging startups. His advisory work focuses on business scaling strategies, risk management, governance frameworks, and sustainable growth models.
An MBA in Finance and a Strategic Management alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Harninder is deeply passionate about bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world BFSI industry requirements. At the institute, he plays a pivotal role in shaping industry-aligned curriculum, leadership development programs, and practical training models designed to create career-ready professionals for the evolving financial services sector.
Nidheesh Gupta – Co FounderÂ
Nidheesh Gupta is a highly experienced Banking and Insurance professional with over 22 years of diverse exposure across retail banking, agri finance, life insurance, general insurance, and financial services leadership. His career uniquely spans both private sector banking institutions and public sector insurance organisations, giving him a well-rounded perspective of the BFSI ecosystem.
He has held leadership roles with leading institutions including ICICI Bank, DCB Bank, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, and public sector insurance companies. During his tenure as Cluster Branch Manager and Independent Cluster Head, Nidheesh successfully managed multi-branch networks, led large teams, and drove significant business growth while ensuring strong compliance and operational excellence.
His experience across public sector insurance companies provided him deep insight into underwriting, claims management, policy servicing, regulatory frameworks, and investment operations, strengthening his expertise in risk management and insurance operations. This diverse exposure enables him to bring comprehensive industry knowledge to training and mentoring initiatives.
An MBA graduate with professional certifications from NCFM and Insurance Institute of India, Nidheesh is passionate about developing future-ready BFSI professionals. At the institute, he plays a key role in curriculum design, leadership mentoring, and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industry practices.
Deepak Arora – Co-Founder
Deepak Arora is a seasoned banking professional with over a decade of extensive experience across branch banking, operations management, compliance, and business development. As a Co-Founder, he brings deep industry expertise, strong leadership capability, and practical insights into retail banking and financial services operations.
Deepak has built a strong professional foundation through his association with leading financial institutions including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and IndusInd Bank. He successfully led branch operations encompassing sales, customer service, compliance, and profitability management. He has consistently driven branch growth, enhanced customer acquisition and retention strategies, and ensured adherence to stringent regulatory and audit standards.
His expertise spans CASA growth strategies, asset and liability management, customer relationship management, AML-KYC compliance, and operational risk control. With hands-on exposure to currency chest operations, fund transfer systems, and branch compliance frameworks, Deepak brings strong operational rigor and regulatory understanding to the organisation.
Before his banking leadership roles, Deepak also gained valuable exposure to international trade operations while handling import transactions, logistics coordination, and banking relationships for a trading organisation. This diversified exposure gives him a holistic understanding of financial services across sectors.
Deepak holds an MBA and is certified by NCFM, NISM, and IIBF in AML-KYC compliance, reflecting his strong technical and regulatory knowledge base. His professional journey is driven by a passion for mentoring aspiring banking professionals and bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.

Charandeep Singh – Founding Advisor
Charandeep Singh is a distinguished banker, educationist, and author, bringing over 22 years of extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Over the course of his career, he progressed from a trainee role to regional-level leadership positions with reputed institutions including UTI Bank (now Axis Bank) and ICICI Bank.
He possesses deep expertise across retail banking operations, retail loans , sales leadership, audit, and regulatory compliance. During his tenure in the banking sector, Charandeep developed strong domain proficiency in audit and compliance functions, gaining a nuanced understanding of operational risk management, fraud detection, and governance frameworks. His practical insights into banking risk controls and lending practices make him a valuable strategic guide in strengthening institutional processes.
In addition to his banking career, Charandeep brings over 5 years of experience in the education sector. He is currently serving as a Professor at Chandigarh University, where he mentors MBA students and plays an active role in bridging academic concepts with real-world financial industry practices.
Charandeep is also an accomplished author who has contributed significantly to financial education through multiple publications, including his recent book on Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, reflecting his strong command over investment principles and financial markets.
As a Strategic Advisor, he provides guidance on risk frameworks, compliance structures, lending practices, operational efficiency, and financial market insights, supporting the organisation’s long-term growth, governance, and capability development initiatives.
